Hi,

webdomain module can be not loaded because of:

- there is no directive WebModules in ispmgr.conf
- there is no package ispmanager-pkg-httpd installed

Please check if WebModules directive exists in ispmgr.conf and package ispmanager-pkg-httpd is installed.
