Receive abuse notifications through the email gateway of the ticket system. Send a ticket to a specific customer and specify the time during which he must answer. When the time is over, notify the administrators and assign the ticket to the Active tickets module.
Allow those who do not use the email gateway to create tickets and specify the deadline.
