Our Forum is for discussing the bugs/issues in the ISPmanager control panel.
Please do not use this forum to discuss anything related to phpMyAdmin, Webmail, log analyzers, and the like. Address these kinds of questions to your hosting providers and system administrators.

How to Report Bugs Effectively
- Describe the goal and the steps.
Quote:
Example: I want to create a web-domain using Web-domains Management module
- What response you get from ISPmanager

Quote:
Example: ISPmanager displays: *Internal error* ...
- If you are a Server Admin, copy a part of the ISPmanager log file (required the highest level of detalization in log view)
The log file?s path: /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log
Enable the highest level of detalization: Add 'LogLevel 9' in the ISPmanager config file '/usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.conf'. Then restart the control panel be the command 'killall ispmgr'
