Hi,
You can use: yum install squirrelmail from the command line in Centos.
PhpMyadmin is not available in the default Centos Repository.
You can use the Remi Repository for that.
After you have installed the configured the Remi Repository you
can use:
yum install phpmyadmin
service httpd restart
