1. You can get archive from
VDSmanager if your provider used this.
This file is full tar (tar.gz) arhive or all files you system. You can order new VPS with the same operation system and unpack this archive on new system. But when you unpack archive all settings also will be restored and you need do some changes (or do not unpack al date) for IP-addresses in the network configuration, domain names and apache configuration.
2. Also you can make backup via
ISPmanager - see documentation -
Backup_archives. After then restore it files on the new system via
Import user menu or copy "on the fly by network" in this menu.
