Default Errors all over the place for awstats

After trying to install ISPmanager 3 times using CentOS 6.x unsuccessfully due to all kinds of errors i decided to give your program what it wanted. Debian 6.x.

Amazingly it installed without one single error. Umm ok!!!

Moved two sites to the server and now here is yet another amazing part of the system install. Awstats emails are being sent every 20min.

1st of all why is it sending emails every 20min when the cron job for awstats is supposed to be run once a day.

2nd, i was getting an error about incorrect permission on /etc/awstats/. The problem here was that my server hostname was not defined in awstats.conf. Howcome?

3rd and whats even more annoying than anything im getting the following error ever 20min.

Code:
Error: Couldn't open server log file "/var/www/markt/data/logs/domain.org.access.log" : Permission denied Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.domain.org.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
Create/Update database for config "/etc/awstats/awstats.conf" by AWStats version 6.95 (build 1.943) From data in log file "/var/log/apache2/access.log"...
Error: Couldn't open server log file "/var/log/apache2/access.log" : Permission denied Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
WHY AM I GETTING ALL THESE ERRROR with Awstats? I gave your script the install it wanted. It says, Debian or Freebsd. Thats what i gave the installation. It completed without errors, AMAZING! Now all of a sudden the permissions are incorrect???? How can this be? I thought the installation completed without errors? Howcome its got permission problems?

You know what, i am a little frustrated with your ispmanager application. After installing it 3 times under CentOS 6 and it fails miserably, im a little pissed off.
Now, i had to install it under Debian just to see if it completes and YES it does but its got other problems once you start using it.
