Is MySQL enabled in the "Applications" menu?

1. Add the line "LogLevel 9" to the /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.conf file.
2. Execute the command "killall ispmgr".
3. Click on any menu.
4. Provide the part of the /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log file which will be created.
