It is better not to install VMmanager OVZ and VMmanager KVM on the same servers because the control panels use different virtualization.
You can install VMmanager KVM on a dedicated server and then create virtual machine for VMmanager OVZ.
In this case VMmanager KVM is installed on a dedicated server, VMmanager OVZ is installed on a virtual machine.
