I've figured out... problem is related to ipv6...

I've figured out... problem is related to ipv6 ?(which I'm using)
to fix if I've added -4 to options /etc/sysconfig/spamassassin
so, spamd runs with
SPAMDOPTIONS="-d -c -m5 -H -4"
and runs well...
