What module you install? You need install...

What module you install? You need install mod_fcgid (http://httpd.apache.org/mod_fcgid/) (not mod_fastcgi, because this modules are different)

Try to install manually by this way:

apt-get install libapache2-mod-fcgid
a2enmod fcgid
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart

After installation edit ISPmanager configuration file...
