I want to change "Site just created"

Hello

where can i find templates for pages that open when a web-site gets blocked? The same question is for "Site just created".

you can change "Site just created" here:
/usr/local/mgr5/etc/www.skel/index.html

And "Account disabled by server administrator" can be changed here:
/usr/local/mgr5/www/disabled//index.html
