Locked out of ISPmanager

Hello,

I turned on SSL and added my SSL certificates that I am using for the domain that is being hosted, everything seemed fine until I save the configuration. Now it won't let me back into the panel at all.

What can I do to get back in?

Hello,

Try to use url: https://ip:1500/ispmgr for connecting to ISPmanager.

Also please give us more information about the issue. What is the version of ISPmanager? Is the web server working?

What does it mean "Now it won't let me back into the panel at all"? What url do you use and what do you see as a result?

I did try that URL, but it wouldn't let me in and said connection refused.

I wanted to try and use the SSL certificate that I that bought for the domain gothrifty.biz, but when I added the certificate information to the server and pressed to save the information it locked me out, all I get now is connection refused.

The version of ISPmanager I am unsure of exactly I know it is version 5 and I just had it installed about a week ago.

I am able to SSH into the server fine. Just can't get on with my web browser.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

Okay I found the problem thanks to you.
It appears after I did what I did that the ihttpd didn't start up for some reason.
I ran the comman to start it via the IP with the port 1500 like so:
/usr/local/mgr5/sbin/ihttpd $IP 1500
Of course replacing $IP with the IP of the server.
I went to the browser after that and it was running fine.
I was so worried I done messed something up awful.

Thank you for your help and advice.

If you have ISPmanager version 5 then ihttpd can be started with command service ihttpd start.

It is a strange situation, ihttpd shouldn't be stopped after certificate was added. We will check this on our testing machines.

Any news on that, I used the same ssl certificates that the www-domain, but ihttpd service doesn't start or respond.

I get this in ihttpd.log:

WARNING Failed to listen: ip 'X.X.X.X', port '1500'. Reason: Failed to start new daemon with ssl

Probably something wrong with SSL certificate. Please be sure that certificate key is suitable for certificate. If key and certificate is fine then it should works.

If you need help with installation SSL certificate to ihttpd please write to us via client area - my.ispsystem.com .
