Timeout
 

Hi

I am having real problems with my ISPmanager. It was working fine until recently now it is very slow or wont respond on its web interface. All My sites that are been hosted on the server are fine it is just the control panel for ISPManager that is not working.

I have looked on to the server and run the uptime command to see the CPU usage and its is 0.1 so the server isn't overloaded and causing this issue.

The problem doesn't seem to be down to one thing. I ether get a 502 Bad Gateway when connecting , or the server has timeout.

Any Help or Advice would be gratefully received.

FYI.
I am running my ISPmanager installation on a VPS.net instance with 2 nodes allocated

The error 502 returns nginx web server, which is most likely installed on your VPS. Apache web server is not working - it is necessary to work web-sites and ISPmanager, need to go to the server via ssh and check whether the running Apache.

Thanks for your reply. It turned out that the server was been overloaded due to a DOS attack. The problem has now been correct and ISPmanager is working a expected.

By the way excellent applications very easy to use and powerful.
