How to restrict users to use some functions?
 

How can I limit permissions by default for newly crated users?
In Users management menu I can set limits, but I have to do this every time a new user is added. Does ISPmanager provide a global option?

you are right, it the Users management module you can restrict permissions for every user.
If you want to set default permissions for all newly created users, you can navigate to the "Access to functions' module, click "Add", fill out the form, and check the "Apply to all users" box
