default SMTP fault
 

Hello,

I have installed ISPmanager Pro, and with default settings, even using built-in Outlook Express settings file *.reg can't send e-mails.

IMAP works, SMTP doen't.

CentOS 5.5.

Forgot to mention - squirrelmail works, but remotely, using Thunderbird, OE - not.

Which mail transfer agent do you use?

ISPmanager installed sendmail.

But I really would like to install Postfix - what should I do, to ISPmanager would understand Postfix? CentOS 5.5.

for installing Postfix you should go to Features, choose sendmail and deinstall it. After that you will can install Postfix.
Try to do that and to get outlook express settings one more time.
