Features (Mail) Missing?
Just now I was watching the tutorial video here (http://download.ispsystem.com/tutorial/en/tutmail.html) and then I found out that I had some panels missing:
The panels I have right now are: Accounts-Administrators, resellers, users. Domains-WWW Domains, Domain names (DNS) Tools-File manager, database, Scheduler (cron), firewall, support center, services, reboot Maintenance-Backup archives, backup plans, import user Statistics-Usage statistics, system information, traffic, current activity, action log Server configuration-Server parameters, IP addresses, database servers, PHP extensions, perl modules, features. Settings-Policy, presets DNS settings, logs rotation, email templates, access to modules, theme management, slave servers, connection with IPmanager, user settings. External-phpMyAdmin, Help-License, ... According to the video, I somehow have Mail and World Wide Web missing... Please help? Thanks! |
Does it work? Or it's new installation?
See to "Services" does SMTP and POP3 service active? |
In Services, POP3 is active, but I don't see SMTP. At the Server Config--> Features area, Mail Server (SMTP) refused to activate for many times, and I uninstalled it (Exim) and i could not reinstall it. :\

If you can not install Exim mail server from Features menu you need write to our technical support and provide root access to server.
You need active mailserver in the Features area for Email menu in the control panel. |
Features Mail Missing
Yeah dont scam the system please guys. If people start making claims about missing components just to get another box that:
1. Makes you an 2. Ruins an excellent customer service |
When customer install any application from Features menu it installed as like when installer install panel.
If it crashed we need access to system for checking problem. |
