BILLmanager - old tariff plan

I have different tariff plans for VPS servers, all created through BILLmanager. One of them is pretty old, so I am planning to disable it and add no new users to this plan anymore. I will make it unavailable for order and put it to the "Archive".

What happens to those clients who are still using this tariff plan?

Those clients who are still using this tariff plan will continue to use it. Old tariff based services will work properly.
But it will be impossible to purchase new service based this old tariff plan.

And what if a client chooses to go from this old tariff to a new one? Can they face any problems during this transition?

They can't face with any problem during tariff changing. In is normal situation.

To make tariff packages changeable you need to put tariff packages in one tariff group. A tariff packages should have a same billing type and have a same pay periods.
