Add Joomla 1.5 to the scripts available

Hi!

I would love to see Joomla 1.5 available for autoinstall via the scritps menu.

we are working on adding support for Joomla 1.5 script in the next release.

we only support english and international versions.

but if you wish you can add any web script support yourself.
scripts must be added to /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/webscripts.conf.local
by analogy with /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/webscripts.conf
