Linux Apache + SuPHP

Hi, on linux (centos) it is possible to run apache with suPHP ?

If we try to follow the guide of apache-itk and using the option:

Option ApacheMPM

To force the php to run as the user will it work?

install Apache MPM-ITK into your server and PHP scripts will be work with domain owner user rights
