Mailbox pwd change problem

when trying to change the password of a users mailbox i get this error:

An error occurred when parsing a new record in '/usr/local/ispmgr/var/userconf/ispmgr.root' More info

I don't have any .templ file in this directory.

Any idea what happened?

I think file /usr/local/ispmgr/var/userconf/ispmgr.root' was broken, try to remove this file and change password again

now it says "mailalias already exists" no matter what mailbox name i enter (when creating a new mailbox).

No i get this error when trying to change a users mailbox password as a reseller:

An error occured when parsing a new record in '/usr/local/ispmgr/var/userconf/ispmgr.root'
There seems to be something wrong...

additionally i get access denied to /var/www/$user/data/php-bin/php.ini when trying to change their php configuration. That seemed to work until a few days ago.

May this have to do with the problems of ispmgr.root?

mailalias already exists
check your /etc/mail/aliases (/etc/exim4/aliases ... etc) for record about this mailbox. I think you should create a support ticket

I would create a support ticket but support doesn't seem to be available for any of my licences and i'm unable to buy additional support - at least i can't find out how.

And i thought i'm used to that online stuff after beeing an online guy and administrator for 15 years now :-S

Any chance to expand my support licence? I can't find a way to purchase additional months of support.

I find that really unusual and unfriendly for customers that i'm not able to open a ticket for technical questions but instead have to wait for days for forum answers.

maybe this helps:

Lifetime license. [...] Technical support for this type of license is provided for three months only starting the license purchase date. You may renew the technical support service, if needed, by "renewing" your lifetime license for any period (non-lifetime).
