Centos 7 and problem with clamav install/upgrade

I've found problem with upgrading clamav package on a newest stable ISPmanager Lite 5.237.0
There's an error in dependencies, same problem is on fresh installation (recommended installation), and trying to install mentioned package

[root@centos7 dragon]# yum install ispmanager-pkg-clamav-exim

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
