First Q:

Is it posible to ISPManager Server act like mail (POP3/SMTP) server (dovecot, postfix)?

Second Q:

How to install Roundcube web mail on ISPManager server?

1. Yes, it possible, ISPmanager can support SMTP servers Sendmail, Postfix and Exim and POP3/IMAP server Dovecot.

2. You can install from ISPmanager installer Squirrelmail web-based email client
If you need use Roundcube - you need install it manually, it possible, you need confugure Roundcube for IMAP connection to localhost for get email and SMTP for send.

i have no problem with installation & i configure main.inc.php & db.inc.php.

Only problem is that i cannot send mail from web interface, allways get error "Failed to send message". Receiveing messages works fine.

Here is my smtp conf from main.inc.php

$rcmail_config['smtp_server'] = 'localhost';
$rcmail_config['smtp_port'] = 25;
$rcmail_config['smtp_helo_host'] = 'localhost'

I use CentOS 5.2 and postfix as SMTP server.
