User import error

We have just done a "User import" from two Ispmanager servers.

Destination server shows an error:
"Jan 3 22:34:02 zones: Failed to delete records: code=8 Code 8"

What is that error?
Is it a bug?
Could it be solved in any way?

Thank you.

Hello, ISPmanager can't delete/change records in Domain names (in source server). Check ispmgr.log for explan this issue.

Ok, domains were imported, and now backup process report that other error:
--
Jan 7 02:02:37 wwwdomain: Failed to backup 'DOMAIN.com': code=8 Code 8 . Skip it.
--

Backup was well done or not?
Any way to avoid that error message?

Thank you.

No, www domain is not backuped, check ispmgr.log
Code:

grep 'Jan 7 02:0' /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgt.log
May want to check Domain names - is the domain owned by another user?

I have seen that error log at:
/usr/local/ispmgr/var/pbackup.log

Yes, we have Ispmanager Pro 4.4.10.4 and seems that user that fail are owned by a reseller (not root owned).

What is the solution?
