Roundcube and SMTP not working
Hello support,
In ISPmanager I added a new mail domain and mail box, activate the mail server. Next, I configured my email client, and received a number of new e-mails. But when I'm trying to send a reply to an e-mail, the system informs me about problems with the outgoing server mail. I aslo tried to open Roundcube WebMail, but it never starts, the empty page opens. Any ideas? |

In the "Services" module make sure that Exim is up and running. Roundcube cannot send emails, if SMTP is not running. |
It seems it's working, but in Background tasks I see that Exim failed. And Roundcube still doesn't work ((

Too little information here in the Forum. You should make sure that exim is up and running, besides, find the file /var/log/exim/panic.log and show us its content.
If Roundcube is not working, view logs of the web-server. |
