ispmgr 5 business: upgrade problem

Hello,

We replaced mysql with cloudlinux 5.5.

Code:

[root@web-001 ~]# rpm -qa | grep cl-MySQL55-server
cl-MySQL55-server-5.5.41-29.el6.cloudlinux.x86_64

During the panel upgrade we have missing dependency now:

Code:

[root@web-001 ~]# yum update
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, rhnplugin
Setting up Update Process
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * cloudlinux-x86_64-server-6: ams-proxy.cl-mirror.net
 * epel: ftp.icm.edu.pl

Error: mysql-server conflicts with cl-MySQL-meta-5.5.41-29.el6.cloudlinux.x86_64
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
** Found 1 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows:
coremanager-pkg-mysql-5.22.2-1.el6.x86_64 has missing requires of /usr/libexec/mysqld

The problem is that mysql provided by cloudlinux has different location mysqld binary. Is there any way to workaround that dependency problem?

Our environment:

Cloudlinux:
Linux 2.6.32-531.29.2.lve1.3.11.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Dec 18 06:49:17 EST 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

ISPmgr 5 business

Thanks,
-Maciej

Here is the output:

Code:

[root@web-001 ~]# rpm -q --provides cl-MySQL55-server
cl-MySQL55-server = 5.5.41-29.el6.cloudlinux
cl-MySQL55-server(x86-64) = 5.5.41-29.el6.cloudlinux

Could you please share how you solved? I have ISPManager Business with cloudlinux mySQL5.1 and I would like to upgrade to MySQL 5.6 without lose mysql governor restriction and ISPManager dipendecies.
