Activate/suspend users
 

I activated a user, then rebooted my server and tried to activate the user again, but it is still suspended. The icon shows it is active, but the web-server says: "Account disabled by server administrator"). I cannot find how to resume the user in the configuration files.
Can you please help me?

Please check the apache configuration file of this domain and see a directives like

ErrorDocument 403 /disabled/index.html
Deny from all

If you use nginx you also need to check nginx configuration file and delete directive deny from all
