How to show quota info in squirrel mail

I'm configuring a manual install of squirrelmail on my server with ISPManager CP and got problem with squirrelmail check_quota plugin. When i enable this plugin with conf.pl it not show any quota statistic in my webmail. I think there is something wrong in my configuration so i need to know some details:

- where isp manager keep's user mailboxes by default (database, file or somewhere else...)
- which quota ISPManager use for mailboxes (IMAP or FileSystem) & how to configure.

I can send you config files if you need any.

I'm using postfix + dovecot + squirrelmail + quota + mysql + php installed through ISPManager CP.

One more question:
How to change name of virtual user in postfix from virtuser_<some number> to <name>@<domain>

I installed squirrelmail and quota_usage-1.2 plugin and when i log on to my web mail interface the quota usage plugin display "0.0% of -0.0M" and i am 100% sure that user have 5MB of disk space and ISPManager show 5MB. Where (in which config file) ISPManager read this value and how to make this thing to work with my webmail?

Thanks!
