VM name cannot be changed??

Is that true that VM cannot be changed? I didn't see this option anywhere. I need to import a virtual machine to another server.
But there is already the virtual machine with that name on the target server.

Indeed you cannot change the VM name using panel functions. VM name is the key identifier in VMmanager - libvirtd interprocess communication.
As a workaround: if you importing VM with disk from file storage, you can simply create in target VMmanager a new one VM with appropriate name and disk with exactly same size, stop this new VM, and just overwrite the file containing new VM disk with file containing VM disk need to be imported. You can copy file over network using console utility 'scp' or something else.
