Changing to MailDir
 

I want to take advantage of the new option in ISP Manager to send Spam to a Junk Folder. If I change my SMTP server to use MailDir will it delete my current mailboxes?

Also what is best way to change to MailDir?

ISPmanager have no feature to convert mboxes to Maildir format. Best way is remove all mailboxes, reinstall smtp feature (mail server will be tuned with maildir) and create mailboxes. :) But you may try convert using backups. Make backup, reinstall smtp, restore backup.
