Failed to backup usrparam: code=10 Code 10
 

Last night, we got quite a few errors for backups with this description in the ISPmanager:

Failed to backup usrparam: code=10 Code 10

When checking the logs for the same seconds, there were entries like this, for each time:

Jul 30 00:18:18 [45955] ^[[1;32mINFO Request [pbackup][root] 'out=xml&func=emaildomain'^[[0m

This error came up to quite many of our users, so it is not about just one specific user. For every user this error occured, the errors are like this, just after MySQL backups and before email backups with the same wording.

Please provide us with detailed ispmgr.log when this error occurs. To enable max detallization level add following string to ispmgr.con
LogLevel 9

I have found a way to fix this problem, by disabling this addon: /usr/local/ispmgr/addon/mfqlim.py
