Hello,

Does IPmanager supports Variable Length Subnet Masking addresses?

No, it doesn't support VLSM.
Forgot to mention. There is a way to use VLSM subnets in IPmanager. For exmaple, we want to use subnet 192.168.0.0/23. The range of the subnet is 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.1.255. So we need to add 2 subnets in IPmanager: 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24. After that just create a new user and allocate the subnets to him.
