SSL certificate management

We wont to install an SSL certificate.

We have seen that:
http://ispsystem.com/docs/isp-lite-e...rtificate.html

But we can't see it at our Ispmanager.
How could we enable it?

It is user level module.
To enable it just enable SSL option at user permitions page.
