Mailboxes feature missing from UI

Hello,

I cannot see the module that allows me to create new mailboxes or manage them. I attached a screenshot that shows the missing options.

I did have them before when I set up a number of users and mailboxes.

Has something changed that has removed this feature? Would seem strange to me but who knows...

Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

It seems that a mail server is not running. Go to ISPmanager --- Services and check that your mail server is running.

Dovecot does show as started on the services page. The functionality for existing mailboxes all work for my end users but the backups don't work and I can't create new mailboxes, which is sort of a problem!

Could something be screwed up somewhere with the configuration of ISPManager or Dovecot?

Hi,

Go to Feature module and check if SMTP, LDA and POP3 is installed and yellow lamps are shown opposite each of them.

Do you mean under Applications? I should mention I am on version 4.4.10.23.

Dovecot shows as disabled but nothing happens when I try to enable it. It does show that it is running under services and the functionality works.

Please enable dovecot at Applications and show /usr/local/ispmgr/var/pkgctl.log.

I tried to enable it again - still shows disabled in the UI.
