File scan slow down server when login to "ISPManager 5 Lite"

ISPManager 5 Lite

uname -a
Linux [...] 4.2.0-27-generic #32~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 22 15:32:26 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

[1] Login as administrator.
[2] Click "Users".
[3] Switch to any user.
[4] May be (not necessary!) click "Scheduler (cron)" and then "Backup copies".
[5] Don't edit|change anything, just view!
[6] Server slows down! CPU utilization increases dramatically!
[7] It continues even when logout from "ISPManager 5" and close browser!

"ISPManager 5 Lite" scans files, when login to user account.

If there are many files in user account (more than 10 thousand in our case) it is a really big problem: sites unaccessible (HTTP 50x; slow MySQL operations; slow HDD operations, big CPU utilization, etc.), slow "ISPManager 5" interface loading, etc.

How can we stop the file scanning?

If it is a "bug" fix please.

Aleksandr, could you please register at out Client area and provide access to your server? We need to check this and show to our QA department for further investigation of the issue?

Thanx for attention and advice.

I've posted the message to client area.

Here is the copy of the message, people must know 8-)

What access do you need?
ISPManager HTTP interface admin access, ISPManager HTTP interface user access, SSH user access, SSH root...?
There is a big and important project at the server, we are interested to give you minimal access...
Here is today Zabbix graph
[ Trying to upload... Unsuccess. I compressed images to pointed size, height and width and still see "Close this window Manage Attachments | Upload Errors | 2017032705.jpg: This is not a valid image file."]
I did almost (but not!) the same: ISPManager admin login, down to the same user account, File manager, /logs, download access log file, logout 3 min max.
Today I think, that it's not important what to do under user account (see forum thread).
Our system administrator killed some process (I don't know exactly what process) and situation normalized exactly at kill time (see graph).
