How do you rebuild a vps using a different OS template?
So far I have to delete the VPS and then re-add using the correct OS ??

Login with user's rights (button in the VPS management) and choose reinstall and OS template from left menu.

I was looking at it from Admin - you can only rebuild using a predefined "package". You cant for example rebuild a custom package to a new OS without destroying and re-creating?

Use "Login to the control panel as the selected server admistrator" button and after then you can change server template before reinstalling the VPS.

You are can not change VPS software template without erasing and destroying all user data.

Choose reinstall and OS template should be in server admistrator level.

Adminstrator can reinstall VPS by Reinstall the selected server button, If you need change OS template you need "Login to control panel as the selected server adminstrator" button and change template.

You can extend the functionality reinstall OS in admistrator level?

Ok, I have added this to developer's team wishlist, but I can not guarantee when it will make released.

Yes, but you would think the developers would be commited to improving the product. The way you said it implied that it may not be done.

It seems like an easy enough feature to modify (of course I have no idea what it takes, but it seems simple).

It would save a few clicks on our end, and would prevent us from having to login to their instance to do a rebuild.

Why not just allow the admin to do everything from one panel?
