Hello,

You can find the information in our documentation how to set spamassassin: http://doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/M...n#SpamAssassin

Sad

ISPmanager is still not able to filter spam. Pity that you are not interested in what customers have been waiting for more than a year.
We will use the free ISPConfig Control Panel in the future, which has a properly working spamfilter.

Incoming emails are checked for viruses by ClamAV and for spam by Spamassassin. In the control panel you can also activate Greylisting, that will suspend emails for 5 minutes (by default).

ISPmanager uses Exim, however doesn't allow to configure most part of this server via the web-interface. You can edit configuration files if you wish.

By default Spamassassin only adds a spam message into the email heading. Mailbox user should decide what to do with such email himself.

hi ksenya, most of our clients use their mobile phone to receive email. so it is not possible to read the email header and then create rules. all our customers want spam filtering capabilities on the server to delete or move mails. just like all other providers have.
