Can you write ticket to support team, our developers test this issue.
OK, I will write ticket to support team. But, since yesterday, there was a new update (now the version is ISPmanager-Pro 4.3.58.4) and now I have no more access allowing to manage emails ???!!!
Can you give me an access to the server in order I make a try to quickly solve your problem?
I recently came across this when importing. I found that in my case when #$ was used in the password it'd totally fail out the import of the email.
#$hg67We #$hgy67 #$Sth67 All seem to trigger this error but only on the newer install. ISPmanager-Pro 4.3.58.7 |
ctalkington, can you provide with a part of UserMove.log?
Sure.
This is the section where two users had similar passwords to the ones I posted earlier. users are cristine and terilea. It never actually said it was dovecot passwd but when i tried to manually create those users to check what was up, it gave the dovecotpw error. Once I edited the accounts on server where transfer was coming from and changed password, they transferred fine. Well except that ISPM didn't convert the MBOX to Maildir (think its suppose to do this; my original install was before Maildir was default); only the last 15 mailboxes were Maildir, so I had to manually fetch the inbox files and run mb2md on about 85 mailboxes :( It was interesting that ISPM considered those imports successful when it had mbox files sitting around and only made a .maildir folder but did nothing with it. Not to go too much off topic, but I have noticed with some imports that when a mailbox has an alias and a mailbox with that alias is created, maybe older version allowed this or something, that the import will think the mailbox is already created since it parsed the alias before hitting the mailbox. This isn't too big of a deal as I think its more of a user error but something I have noticed. -- Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;32mINFO Restoring 'casting@example.com' with status 'full'...[0m Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;36mEXTINFO Execute (/bin/tar -x -o -p -m -f /tmp/pbkp_25928/tlea/pbkp_casting@example.com.tar -C /var/www/tlea/data/email/example.com/casting) return=0 exited[0m Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;32mINFO Restoring 'christina@example.com' with status 'full'...[0m Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;36mEXTINFO Execute (/bin/tar -x -o -p -m -f /tmp/pbkp_25928/tlea/pbkp_christina@example.com.tar -C /var/www/tlea/data/email/example.com/christina) return=0 exited[0m Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;32mINFO Restoring 'cristine@example.com' with status 'full'...[0m Sep 24 19:13:02 [25928:0] [1;35mWARNING Restoring 'cristine@example.com' failed: Failed to run function email.edit: code=1 Internal Error .
