Mailbox pwd change problem
Hi,
when trying to change the password of a users mailbox i get this error: Quote:
I don't have any .templ file in this directory. Any idea what happened? |
Hello,
I think file /usr/local/ispmgr/var/userconf/ispmgr.root' was broken, try to remove this file and change password again |
now it says "mailalias already exists" no matter what mailbox name i enter (when creating a new mailbox).
|
No i get this error when trying to change a users mailbox password as a reseller:

additionally i get access denied to /var/www/$user/data/php-bin/php.ini when trying to change their php configuration. That seemed to work until a few days ago.
May this have to do with the problems of ispmgr.root? |

I would create a support ticket but support doesn't seem to be available for any of my licences and i'm unable to buy additional support - at least i can't find out how.
And i thought i'm used to that online stuff after beeing an online guy and administrator for 15 years now :-S |
Any chance to expand my support licence? I can't find a way to purchase additional months of support.
I find that really unusual and unfriendly for customers that i'm not able to open a ticket for technical questions but instead have to wait for days for forum answers. |
