Pre-Sales Questions
I've been trying to study up on ISPmanager. It looks pretty good, but I have a few questions that I can't seem to find the answers to.
That ought to do it for now. FWIW, we are currently using Ensim Pro and it's a dog. There is always something wrong with the servers. Mail is sluggish at best, backups/restores do not work at all. Ensim is slow to provide security patches. Unfortunately, we have several servers currently running Ensim Pro. So, if you've got the majority of features Ensim has, but have fewer problems, you may just get yourselves a new customer! Thanks for your time, |
One more question: What is ISPmanager Pro's expected life-cycle? Do you plan to release a new version each year? (Ex: version 1.0 to version 2.0.) More frequently? Less frequently? Would be nice know this ahead of time in order to determine which licenses to purchase.
Thanks, |

Alain,
Thanks for the quick response! Your answers have gotten my attention. I tried to download a trial license yesterday, but Step 3 didn't work (all I had was a blank page that said "Step 3"). I think ISPmanager certainly looks worthy of a test drive. Thanks again, |
I just fully tested order process and didn't find any problems with it.
Please send more info to support@ispsystem.com. What browser you use, on which language you making order, screenshots maybe. |
Thanks for the quick response. I'll contact support@ispsystem.com as you suggested.

Follow-up:
I thought of one more question--regarding the Support Center (support tickets)-- Does each server have its own Support Center, or can you centralize them so that you only have one Support Center interface to check rather than several? (We have a dozen or more web servers and having to check that many different sites for support tickets would be cumbersome to say the least.) Thanks, |
At the moment each server has own support center.
but you don't necessary check all servers everytime. you can configure email notification, and will have email on new ticket. |
