Error when sending email - 550 Access Denied (Invalid Helo name)

Hello!

I have the following error when I send e-mails:

Code:

SIZE=2442:
    host ******* [83.170.**.**]: 550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)
> ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------ Return-path: <support@******.com> Received: from ****** ([**.154.**.33] helo=[127.0.0.1])

It happens with both webmail and thunderbird.

How can I solve this?

Helo, write please version of your OS and which MTA do you use.
And copy log of MTA from here

This is the e-mail I receive from my Mail Delivery System after failing (the subject is Mail delivery failed.
