BILLmanager: Live chat module is now available for all
Starting from version 5.63.0 BILLmanager is has a fully integrated Live chat module, which greatly increases easy and speed of reaction time, when communicating with your customers. You can install this module into your BILLmanager as well as website.

Current features of the module:
  • Log your customers In BILLmanager directly from the Chat dialogue box;
  • View Client information within the Chat;
  • Convert chat sessions into Tickets, for further review.

To this date the module is in stage of open beta and is available for free. You can easily install it using Documentation and share your feedback.

By the way, do I need to enable ssl certificate for my website or for the server with BILLmanager?

SSL-certificate should be enabled on the server with BILLmanager.

I installed the chat, specified panel's data on my website, activated the department. When I write to the Chat on my site, I see in online debug that my message was sent followed by this error
Noone agent in department

In the list of chats I also found it, but couldn't answer....

What I'm doing wrong?

Make sure that you configured yor Live chat exactly as described in the following articles:

* Support staff work place

* Live chat configuration
