BillManeger - Recover Password

Hello!
I forgot my password for https://my.ispsystem.com/manager/
and I click on Recover Password.
Then I recive an email with a link, but that url doesn't work.
How to reset/recover my password?

I saw in link https:/// and I try to delete one slash (https://) but the same story.
