Backup suddenly missing in ispmgr and backup not working
Hi,
i've setup daily backups on my server which worked great for a long time. Suddenly backup plans is missing in the menu and no backups are created anymore. Backup archives are still available but it tells me there are not enough rights when i try to restore some from a user. Haven't seen that so far in a few years with ispmgr. Any idea? Edit: the backup.log looks sth like that: Code:
Oct 30 02:22:01 [ 0:0] ESC[1;32mINFO Lookup log level for '/usr/local/ispmgr/var/pbackup.log' in 'etc/pbackup |
What you see in /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log?
Do you have .backup.conf file with backup plan configuration? |
.backup.conf is there but as you can see from the log i posted above there seems to be a permission problem with the plans.
That's from the ispmgr.log at the time the backup is scheduled: Code:
Nov 5 02:22:01 [23538:25256] ESC[1;32mINFO Request [pbackup][root] 'out=xml&func=desktop&forcesu=on&su=root'ESC[0m |
Can you write ticket to our support team?
|
I would have done that already if your support plans wouldn't be that silly, sorry.
I'm doing that now as i need to have it solved. |
