Problems with updating ispmanager 5 lite

Hi,

i'm running ispmanager 5.148.1 licensed but the last current stable version is 5.153.1.
With automatic updates, from ssh (yum update) and with the command: "pkgupgrade.sh coremanager " the panel does not update.

Up to now I have not had any problems with the updates.
How can I resolve it?

Thanks.

Hello

can you tell me the id or IP address of your license? Is it a lifetime license or it has anoher licensing period?

This is happening again, I have the 5.153.1 version installed and the 5.156.1 update is live.

The license is lifetime and the id is 4438141.

Thanks for your help.

Please navigate to "System" --> "System configuration" --> select the "Grant ISPsystem support access" check box to allow our technical support staff to access your server.

I will create a ticket and our specialists will update the panel.

Thanks but after several attempts I tried now and the panel has updated.
The strange thing is that I check the updates every day and today (4/7) the panel has been updated from 5.153.1 to 5.156.1 which was released on 19/6. The previous days has never reported me updates..

Do I provide access to do a check for the future?

The best way is to write when the issue occurs so that our specialist can see the cause. After update it can be a problem to find the reason. So, please inform us in the ticket if the update process fails again in the future.

Ok, I will definitely do it.
Thank you very much for helping.
