BillManager - Services
I've created customers and packages, but when I log in as the customer, and try to acquire a service I get this error "No available packages at the moment. Please, accept our apologies".

I've created the packages, the services and the customers properly, but I think that the problem is that my packages are not unified with my services. How can I fix this? is there a key thing I should check? or several in any case...

What type of the tariff(hosting, domains, created by you)? If it's a hosting please check the tariff binding to the server. If the hosting and the tariff are binded check the tariff template existence on the server (the template name must be equal to the internal tariff name).
