How to import from cPanel?
 

I have installed a free version of BILLmanager. Import of cPanel accounts doesn't work. How can I fix it?

Do you mean import or integration with cPanel? cPanel users cannot be imported into the billing system, but they can be integrated.

Yes, in Billmanager we are trying to configure the cPanel processing module, which allows to create, edit and delete accounts on servers running cPanel. But what we want is to add our existing customers from cPanel

Please, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to BILLmanager --> Integrations -->Processing modules --> add a new server with manual processing
2. Add a new hosting tariff plan and activate it for the server you created above
3. Drill down to User level and order a hosting service
4. Return to Admin --> Tasks --> Edit --> Assign to yourself, and enter information from cpanel. Click OK
5. Change manual processing into automatic for the tariff plan
6. Services --> Edit --> change manual into automatic
