SSH port closed but I can still log in

I have closed the SSH port in ISP Manager but it has not closed it on the server.

How can I trouble shoot this or fix the problem that ISP Manager is not closing the ports correctly.

ISPmanager-Pro 4.3.33

What operation system do you use? What are being written in the file /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log when you are closing the port? Does SSH use the port 22?

My ISP opened a ticket with ISPSystem and the fixed it super fast.
