How to change IP status

Hello. We faced the following issue by integration VMmanager with IPmanager: For some unknown reason after we deleted a VPS, some of the IP addresses remained the "used" status. Could you please inform us on how do we force IP synchronization to make all the IP addresses that are not in use get the "free" status.
