I want to delete a service package, or a user and constantly get the error message: "The record cannot be removed. Associated elements exist"

Is there any instructions on how to get a list of associated elements?

Hello,

We don't advice to delete something from BILLmanager. You can just turn off the package.
But if you want you can see at /usr/local/ispmgr/var/billmgr.log the Request to delete the package and execute it at MySQL in your console manually so you can find all associated elements.
