Can not integrate with IPSManager

I created a user on IPManager. When trying to integrate with IPSManager, I received the following message:

Error: Cannot register IP address X.X.X.186 in IPmanager. You do not have access privileges, or it is assigned to another user.

I'm sure user, password and access level are correct.

To integrate ISPmanager with IPmanager you need to add the network in IPmanager. After that add the ISPmanager's ip with status "primary" to the user's ip pool in IPmanager.
